Live Jazz music performed by our own talented neighbors, a kids’ bouncy house, great conversation, and delicious treats! The success of our Centennial Celebration last fall encouraged us to host another free festival. All residents are welcome! Bring your whole family plus a dish of food to share. Fall Community Meeting
Please come to HTCA’s fall community meeting on Tuesday, September 20 at 7pm at Bradley Hills Elementary School. We will discuss the HTCA Board’s recent meeting with Suburban Hospital regarding its expansion and vote upon our next course of action. We will also honor select volunteers and discuss other local concerns.
Spring Landscaping Event

Residential Construction Tips
Are you bothered by the dust, noise, or idling-truck emissions from nearby houses under construction? Home improvements and new construction projects are a reality when you live in such a desirable neighborhood. Find out the rules and how to report violations. Note that generators, even for temporary power outages, must comply with county noise limits. See the new section, Residential Construction Tips, under “Huntington Terrace”. Community Yard Sale
All residents in Huntington Terrace are invited to participate in a community-wide yard sale on Saturday April 2 from 8am-3pm. (Rain date April 9). HTCA will pay for advertisement of this event and post signs along major streets. Residents are encouraged to host their individual sale of furniture, books, clothes, electronics, lemonade/brownies, etc. on their own property, or work with their immediate neighbors.
