Making Donations to HTCA Legal Fund
Neighbors have long made clear that we wish to work cooperatively with Suburban Hospital to make its modernization successful, while also protecting the beauty and integrity of our lovely residential neighborhood. We all fervently hope that this is the last time a situation will arise that requires us to engage legal services to represent us with the planning authorities. As always, HTCA board and community members do a great deal of the background work in an attempt to bring down legal costs. Nonetheless, there are legal costs and we are asking for each household to contribute what they can to these expenses—legal expenses and representation which absolutely contributes to the value of each home in the community—inseparable from how lovely the community is. This is a small neighborhood with only 300 homes, and we need help from each homeowner.
Please help defend the residential nature of our neighborhood by donating to the HTCA legal fund. You can do so by:
