A neighborhood newsletter is published several times a year on an “as needed” basis and distributed through a network of block representatives called block workers.
In addition to the newsletter, HTCA holds meetings about 4 times a year and is announced in our newsletter and on our email lists (see below).
Two email list have also been established to facilitate communication from the board, committee chairs and with each other.
The first email list is for Huntington Terrace Citizens Association information only and only HTCA Board members can post messages on it. If your information is in the AtoZ directory, you are most likely on the AtoZ email list. Contact John Bree or Mark De Ravin if you are not receiving emails from HTCAComms@atozdirectories.com (HTCA Communications) or if you are receiving them and wish to be removed from the list.
The second email list, HT Exchange, is for broader communication among the residents of Huntington Terrace. If you’d like to subscribe to our HT Exchange (the Groups.io community for Huntington Terrace) send an empty email to: HTExchange+subscribe@groups.io.
After you send the message to the group’s subscription email address, you will receive a confirmation request message from Groups.io. You must respond to that confirmation request to complete your subscription and join the group.
