Triangle Beautification/Free Trees Available through Montgomery County

The attached information was distributed at the block party on July 9th, however; if you missed it, please check it out and share with your neighbors who do not access this web-site.
The first attachment describes a Montgomery County program that gives residents free trees for the front “tree lawn†areas of their home. If you recently have had a diseased tree taken down, or have sustained storm damage, this would be the place to request a replacement tree, stump grinding, etc. Even if you never had a tree there before, the County will still plant one for you. Please check out all the information provided, and the phone numbers to call. This is a great opportunity to get on their fall planting schedule!
Also attached is general information about the triangle landscaping project. We really need volunteers to make this a true community project. There are numerous ways in which to help and all gardeners and non-gardeners are very welcome to participate. It will be a fun and “neighbor-bonding†experience, so please don’t miss out!!!
